When signing our lease with the awesome Expo Park Lofts in Dallas, TX, we had discussed wanting to eventually move to a first-floor unit when available, but couldn’t pass up the opportunity to start this dream, even and especially on the second floor of the picturesque place.
Six months later, with numerous creative projects and studio rentals of extraordinary content in the books, it felt like it couldn’t get any better until…
A first-floor unit opened up!
Not just any “unit” however, as our OG space was midway down the hall of the second floor of the historical Goodrich Building (a mixed-use residential and commercial space at 4140 Commerce Street that we’re currently switching all location/info across all sources),
but THIS new “unit” is actually its own building right around the corner, at 3715 Parry Avenue!
